It smells wonderfully of rose hip tea, lilac, cinnamon sticks, cloves, dried leaves and undergrowth with a core of cherry, raspberry coulis, warm plums, red and black currants and a hint of pencil shavings. The palate is medium-bodied, refreshing, mineral and wonderfully elegant with a well-balanced texture of pleasant, soft tannins and a long, fragrant finish. Wonderful.
