The palate is full-bodied, rich, ripe, and extravagant with ample opulent black and blue fruit layers, wonderfully framed by velvety tannins and good freshness, very long and very seductive on the finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cu\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eProduction:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/u\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe entire harvest was carried out by hand. The hand-picked grapes were carefully sorted. Fermentation took place over 18-22 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks using traditional methods.
