Thanks to the fruit from these heights, sustainably irrigated with pure glacial water, our wines reflect the pure, fresh taste of the Andes. Our bright, fresh, and fruity Chardonnay is an assemblage of over ten parcels from three organically farmed, high-altitude vineyards. It is characterized by fruity notes of peach, pear, and grapefruit, as well as a long finish with subtle brioche.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cu\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eBlend and Origin:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/u\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAlthough this vintage displayed excellent quality, 2023 was marked by several heatwaves. The challenging weather conditions led to a shorter harvest period compared to previous years. After pressing and fermentation, the wine was aged for eight months in oak barrels before being stabilized and bottled.
