For this exclusive Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky, only Islay peat was used - barley with 20ppm peat content directly from Kilchoman and barley with 50ppm peat content from Port Ellen Maltings.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eOn the \u003cstrong\u003enose\u003c\/strong\u003e, soft peat smoke with an abundance of fresh fruits and sweetness. On the \u003cstrong\u003epalate\u003c\/strong\u003e, tropical and dried fruits come through with caramel sweetness and a hint of spice.
