The exceptionally intense sherry aromas from the full maturation in the Bodega's casks give the whisky a full-bodied and fruity character that wonderfully combines with the classic Kilchoman peat smoke and citrus notes. For the 2023 edition, Anthony Wills and Robin Bignal selected a total of 22 casks.
