In 2015, the manufactory transferred its accumulated knowledge of barley malt to the \u003cstrong\u003eNinkasi Whisky Experience\u003c\/strong\u003e – single malts that are usually produced in \u003cstrong\u003esmall batch series\u003c\/strong\u003e (called \"Tracks\") and mature in \u003cstrong\u003e(wine) casks from the fertile region\u003c\/strong\u003e.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThus, \u003cstrong\u003eCognac and subsequently white wine casks\u003c\/strong\u003e (wineries Feuillat Juyot and Burrier Château de Beauregard) formed the resting zone for \u003cstrong\u003eNinkasi Whisky Experience Track 4\u003c\/strong\u003e.
