The red wine from Château Saint Pierre is a Saint Julien, consisting of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon from the 2018 vintage. Precise and delicious with a unique style.
Taste:
The 2018 Château Saint Pierre has a dark, garnet red color. On the palate, it is very fresh, full-bodied and absolutely loaded with black fruits and provocative mineral accents, it has a firm texture of grainy tannins and plenty of freshness that is long and flavorful on the finish.
Production:
Château Saint Pierre 2018 was produced with the utmost respect for the fruit and the terroir. For winemaking, the grapes are hand-picked and carefully sorted twice. Fermentation takes place over 21-28 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in barrels and matures for 14-16 months in small French oak barrels before bottling.

Ideal with grilled meat, game, lamb, poultry and spicy cheese.
