The three grape varieties of Le Maestrelle ripen at different times and are fermented separately to bring out the full aroma, a smooth structure, and delicate tannins. Partially aged in barriques, it displays notes of berries, vanilla, and mint, is well-balanced, and captivates with a complex finish.

Winemaking:
The three grape varieties were harvested at different times and therefore vinified separately. This allowed for individual attention to each variety regarding fermentation and maceration, thus highlighting their unique aromas and the softness of their tannins. The fermentation temperature never exceeded 25°C, and pumping over was carried out with extreme care. Syrah and Sangiovese underwent cold maceration at 8°C before alcoholic fermentation to gently extract color and aromas. The wine completed malolactic fermentation towards the end of October; 15% was then aged in barriques, the other part in steel tanks.
