A remarkably successful Saint Emilion and a true delight!
Traditional 12-month barrel aging. Hand-harvested with selection.
Color: Deep ruby red, sparkling with pink accents.
Nose: Powerful, complex, fruity, persistent, with aromas of sour cherry and vanilla.
Flavor: Full-bodied, balanced, persistent with notes of blueberry jam and coffee.
Serving recommendation: Pairs well with red meat and game, creamy and mature cheeses.
Grape varieties: 80% Merlot / 10% Cabernet Franc / 10% Cabernet Sauvignon
