The Casasole Orvieto Classico presents itself in a straw-yellow color. On the nose, intense aromas of white-fleshed fruits such as apple, banana, and orange peel dominate, which are typical of Procanico and Grechetto grapes. On the palate, it is sweet and boasts excellent freshness, further enhancing its drinkability.

Winemaking
The Procanico and Grechetto grapes were destemmed and gently pressed. The resulting must was cooled to a temperature of approximately 10° C to achieve natural clarification and then transferred to stainless steel tanks where alcoholic fermentation took place at temperatures not exceeding 18° C. Alcoholic fermentation was stopped abruptly by lowering the temperature (to 0° C) at a point when the wine still contained a certain amount of natural residual sugar. The wine with the residual sugar was filtered and stored at low temperatures until bottling.
