With its 5-year maturation period, this rum reveals a new facet of the distillery. Hampden 2016 LROK The Younger combines the aromatic intensity of tropical aging with the freshness of a young rum. With an ester content of 314.8 g/hlpa and an overall high proportion of flavor-carrying congeners, it develops exotic aromas ranging from mango to fresh pineapple juice and orange peel, all the way to cloves.

Nose: Elegant and refined with mango, banana, pepper, and hints of furniture polish.
Palate: Smooth and full-bodied with fresh pineapple juice and orange peel.
Finish: Long and pleasant with warm sugarcane juice and cloves.
