Manzanilla Sherry is not unlike Fino, but is produced directly by the sea. The saltiness is reflected in the finished product.
Color: dark amber
Bouquet: fresh melon, complex, multi-layered fruit aromas, light scent of toffee and cocoa.
Taste: slightly salty notes that perfectly harmonize with balanced, sweet aromas of tropical fruits like orange and melon.
Finish: Taste of cider, slightly salty.
