Double distilled, Steam & Fire embodies how the fruity "Signature Style" can be created through Loch Lomond Distillery's distillation methods. The Single Malt Scotch Whisky is distilled in both the
unique Straight Neck Stills in Scotland and the traditional Swan Neck Stills. The malt matured in three types of American oak casks and received a
10-month finish in First Fill Heavily Charred Casks , which were charred in Loch Lomond's own award-winning cooperage on site. The
heavy charring of the casks creates a very special character: silky smooth with notes of orange, brown sugar and dark chocolate.
