Ramazzotti Amaro is an Italian herbal liqueur from Milan whose recipe dates back to 1815, when the pharmacist Ausano Ramazzotti developed the original formula. It is made from a secret blend of 33 herbs and spices, including orange peel, star anise, angelica, vanilla and cinnamon. Soft on the palate and balanced between sweetness and bitterness, with flavours of orange, anise and gingerbread.
