Geschmack
Am Gaumen zeigt sich Roséli lebendig und saftig: Limettenfrucht steht im Vordergrund, begleitet von einer feinen Süße, die das Finale angenehm lang ausklingen lässt. Bewusst alkoholarm mit nur 7% vol., damit der Genuss auch bei längeren Sommerabenden leicht bleibt.
Herstellung
Basis ist der hauseigene Rosé des Weinguts Peter Briem aus Wasenweiler/Ihringen am Kaiserstuhl – veredelt mit Limette und feiner Kohlensäure zu einem servierfertigen Mixgetränk. Offiziell zählt Roséli nicht als klassifizierter Wein, sondern als "aromatisiertes weinhaltiges Getränk": Die Basis bleibt Wein, doch durch Limette und Kohlensäure entsteht ein eigenständiger, unkomplizierter Charakter.
Passt zu
Balkon, Terrasse, Badesee oder der spontane Feierabend mit Freunden – Roséli ist kein Wein für den gedeckten Tisch, sondern für den Moment. Auch als Begleiter fürs Picknick oder unterwegs bestens geeignet.
