  • Nose: Vanilla and rolled oats, plus peach, unripe banana, a little coconut and shortcrust pastry, as well as a delicate pineapple note; pleasantly dry despite the fruit.
  • Palate: A powerful attack with shortcrust pastry and vanilla sugar, then increasingly fruity with peach and a little pineapple, through to subtle coconut; the banana now seems riper and sweeter.
  • Finish: Medium length; doughy notes lead at first, and at the close the whisky fades out on a fruitier note.
