Champagne Taittinger Brut Réserve is the house's calling card. As a non-vintage champagne, it is not intended to reflect a specific vintage or a specific terroir, but solely to express the consistently unmistakable fine style of a Taittinger champagne.

Taste:
A sparkling, golden straw yellow color. Fine perlage. Delicate and persistent mousse. The very expressive and open champagne develops fruity and brioche notes on the nose. Further on, aromas of peach, white flowers (hawthorn, acacia) and vanilla bean can be perceived. The initial taste is lively, fresh and harmonious; delicate fruit and honey aromas then develop on the palate. Taittinger Brut Réserve develops its full aromatic potential over three to four years of cellar aging.

Production:
Taittinger Brut Réserve consists of 40% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 25% Pinot Meunier. The grapes come from over 35 different crus and several fully ripe harvests. Thanks to its unusually high proportion of Chardonnay for a great non-vintage champagne and its particularly long cellar aging of over 3 to 4 years for this category, Taittinger Brut Réserve is a particularly well-balanced champagne whose consistently high quality is recognized worldwide. Champagne Taittinger therefore considers it a very special honor to create an exceptional non-vintage Brut.

Serving suggestion:
Ideal as an accompaniment to beef carpaccio, white meat and poultry, oysters, fish and seafood, or as an elegant soloist that adds that extra touch of sparkle to special moments.
