Vermouth di Torino - Pio Cesare - Piedmont, Italy

A blend of 26 aromatic herbs, including wormwood, marjoram leaves, gentian root, orange peel and others, all of which constitute our family recipe, is steeped for almost 40 days in a small mixture of various Pio Cesare white wines and alcohol. To this aromatic extract, we then add the right amount of our Chardonnay and a portion of our Moscato, a little sugar, and alcohol.
