Palate: This dram has a wonderful oily richness - it coats the palate and the flavours continuously unfold. Classic dry Manzanilla notes lead to rich fruit flavours: sultanas, plums and dates, with subtle notes of toffee and honey.
Finish: The sweet wine and fruit aromas gently fade, leaving a lingering hint of caramel.
