Nose: Initially gentle notes of orange and lemon zest, followed by a subtle vanilla sweetness. Lots of fruit.
Palate: Gentle citrus notes lead the way, layered with hints of hazelnut and oak. The classic floral aromas of Wolfburn are here in abundance, underpinned by notes of dried fruit and cinnamon.
Finish: Caramel notes layer with dried fruit; Demerara sugar meets figs and dates. Finally, a faint hint of oak smoke lingers, providing a lovely, long-lasting finish.
