Unique combination of 4 Chardonnay Grand Crus - paired with a small portion of red wine from an exceptional year. The Rosé represents a blend of the finest quality and highest refinement. The finesse of Chardonnay, paired with the power and structure of Pinot Noir, make the 2012 Rosé a delicious champagne with full aroma and great character. Dosage of only 4g per liter. Only 3,300 vintage bottles and 400 magnums are produced.
Colour: Wonderfully fresh in delicate pale pink and brilliant salmon-coloured highlights with persistent effervescence.
Nose: Unites the finesse of Chardonnay with the structure and power of Pinot Noir. Delicious pear aroma with notes of spices and vanilla give the Chardonnay a wonderful freshness.
Taste: Light, full-bodied and characterized by a beautiful lightness, the palate is captivating with its tension and crispness. Wonderfully fresh with notes of lemon. Enjoyable with great precision, this champagne extends to a long and complex finish.
Grape variety: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir
Serving suggestion: Ideal with pink duck breast, venison with Grand Veneur sauce, but also suitable for spicy dishes from Asian or oriental cuisine due to its structure. For optimal enjoyment, serve between 8 and 10 °C.
