This award-winning Premier Cru Brut Blanc Champagne is an ode to freshness and ripeness, transporting you to the lush French countryside after the rain.
With crisp apples, juicy plums, and an earthy, herbaceous note, the nose pays homage to a variety of garden aromas. These are joined by subtle notes of cinnamon and exotic fruits, unfolding at the right moment and lingering long.
A composition of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay ensures an exquisite balance, presented in bright yellow gold with a pearly shimmer.
Our Prestige Brut Blanc is made exclusively from this cuvée and receives a low dosage of just 6.5 grams, which helps the aromas combine optimally and come into their own. Comparable to a chef adding only the smallest pinch of salt. The Prestige matures for up to 96 months in the chalk caves beneath the Champagne hills.
