Vibrant yet graceful, this finely sparkling champagne is perfect for those who appreciate maturity, freshness, and first-class finesse.
In honor of De Watère's 10th anniversary in 2021 (expressed in the names "TEN" and "21"). In addition to the iconic blue and white TEN21 Special Edition, this bottle features an elegant, minimalist design that suits any occasion.
TEN21 is made exclusively from the Cuvée of equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and receives a low dosage of only 7.9 grams, which helps the flavors to combine and come into their own. Comparable to a chef adding only the smallest pinch of salt.
The TEN21 typically matures for 2 to 3 years in chalk caves under the hills of Champagne.
