Château Nairac 2015 is made from 17 hectares of vineyards located on the renowned limestone soils of Barsac. The unique terroir and the influence of the Ciron River promote the development of Botrytis, the noble rot essential for producing exceptional Sauternes wines. The grapes were harvested between September 28th and October 3rd and undergo careful fermentation. Subsequently, the wine ages for 2.5 years in barrels, which enhances its complexity and depth.
