The Baglietti Prosecco DOC No. 10 Extra Dry is one of those Proseccos you simply keep chilled and within reach – for a spontaneous Friday evening or when visitors turn up at the door. Fresh, finely sparkling, uncomplicated in the best sense.
Taste
Pale, clear colour with fine, lively perlage. On the nose green apple, pear, white blossom, a hint of citrus. On the palate balanced, with gentle fruity sweetness, zesty freshness and a dry Extra Dry finish, clean and eminently drinkable.
Production
Prosecco DOC is made using the Charmat method: the second fermentation takes place not in the bottle but in large pressurised tanks – which is why Prosecco keeps its typically fresh, fruit-driven character instead of developing the bready, yeasty notes of classic bottle fermentation. As a DOC Prosecco, it consists of at least 85% Glera grapes.

It shows at its best served cold at 6–8 °C. With antipasti, light fish or simply on its own as an aperitif to ease into the evening – uncomplicated enough for a weekday, festive enough for a special occasion.
