Red wine made from dried grapes, fermented in the patented Fermentino Ca'Botta® tank for a particularly powerful taste.

Characteristics:
Dense and highly concentrated wine with a very deep red, almost black color. The olfactory notes begin with powerful and incredibly long notes of blackberries and cherries, topped with green pepper, dark chocolate, thyme, rosemary, wild flowers, some honeyed herbs, and honey with a smoky finish. The taste is as dense and rich as the bouquet, with bitter notes of almond liqueur on the finish. This is a perfectly balanced and unforgettable wine.

Technical Details:
Produced from a selection of the best grapes, strictly hand-picked under careful quality control. The harvest lasts from the end of September to mid-October. The collected grapes are carefully placed in netting boxes and dried with fresh air from outside, ventilated with high-altitude air from the mountains. 50% of the grapes are pressed in January. As a result, each bottle contains 2.2 kg of fresh grapes. Vinification: Maceration and fermentation take place in Fermentino Ca'Botta® stainless steel tanks according to a patented process. Maceration lasts 10 days at a temperature below 8ºC, fermentation 30 days at a temperature below 20ºC. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 months in American oak barriques. After that, the wine rests for 12 months in stainless steel tanks and another 12 months after bottling.
