DESCRIPTION
The 2017 Domaine Maldant Pauvelot Collection Beaune 1er Cru Les Aigrots is a wine with finesse and a beautiful structure in length.
The bouquet with fruit notes is expressive, complex and floral with delicate peony aromas.
DEVELOPMENT
Traditional vinification in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks. Cold maceration under carbon dioxide to protect the aromas and colors. Aged for 16 months in oak barrels.
TASTING NOTES
On the palate, the Burgundy is clear and delicate with a solid structure.
Impressive spice notes open up in a silky tannin structure with a long finish.
SERVING SUGGESTION
Serve at 13-18 °C with game dishes, beef fillet, duck stuffed with foie gras.
