DESCRIPTION
Cabernet Sauvignon held a prominent place, making up 58%. This star grape variety provides complexity, structure, and power, while also ensuring fruit and freshness with an intense aromatic palette. Merlot, at 33%, is the good companion that adds suppleness and roundness to the wine. Cabernet Franc completes the blend with its floral note at 4%. Finally, a typical Médoc grape variety, Petit Verdot, with its 5% share, enriches the most delicate blends with its spicy notes.

Made from a selection of the best grapes, strictly hand-picked under careful quality control.
The 2018 Branaire Ducru, St. Julien Grand Cru Classé was aged in oak barrels.
The vintage contains 58% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc, and 5% Petit Verdot.
TASTING NOTES
The very expressive nose offers a beautiful complexity of very ripe fruits, well balanced by fresher notes.
The attack on the palate is immediately very round, with impressive volume, but with extremely fine tannins.
SERVING SUGGESTION
Serve at 16-18 °C with game dishes, beef goulash, red meat, and strong cheeses.
