Description: This Côte des Roses wine celebrates the Mediterranean way of life. The very diverse soils consist mainly of limestone and gravel. The climate is influenced by both the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic, ensuring a subtle balance between generosity, elegance, and freshness. This climate contributes to maximum ripeness and good health of the grapes, resulting in an elegant, refined wine. The bottle has a unique rose shape, created by a young designer from Ecole Boulle. This wine is as wonderful as a bouquet of roses!
Serving suggestion: Serve at 15-16 °C with roasted or grilled meat, chicken tagine, or aged cheese.
Color: Delicate shiny pink with initial blue-violet reflections that turn pink later on.
Scent: Fresh aromatic bouquet of fresh summer berries (red and black currants), as well as hints of citrus fruits (grapefruit) and a touch of rose flavor.
Taste: Full-bodied on the palate, harmonious with excellent structure, balance, and an intense, aromatically lively finish.
