DESCRIPTION
Château Margaux is a winery in the Médoc region near Bordeaux. It produces one of the world's most famous wines. The Pavillon Rouge Grand Cru Classé 2019 represents 30% of the Château Margaux harvest and is a radiant, full-bodied, velvety wine.

Made from a selection of the best grapes, strictly hand-picked by parcel and grape variety.
The 2019 Pavillon Rouge du Château Margaux Grand Cru Classé is aged in oak barrels.
TASTING NOTES
On the nose, the 2019 Pavillon Rouge du Château Margaux displays intense aromas of red cherries, pomegranate, crushed violet blossoms and a hint of iodine, which is high-pitched yet well-defined. On the palate, it is very well balanced, with silky tannins at the entry and a taut line of acidity that keeps everything in balance. I like the burgeoning energy of this Pavillon Rouge and the hint of black pepper that enlivens the finish.
SERVING SUGGESTION
Serve at 13-18 °C with game dishes, beef goulash, red meat and strong cheeses.
