Taste: A beautiful ruby-red color, red fruit aromas and notes of Asian spices, well-balanced on the palate, fine with silky tannins, with good length.
Grape varieties: Grenache, Mourvedre, Syrah, Cinsault
Serving suggestion: Perfect accompaniment to a Provençal stew, prepared meat, cheese or chocolate cake.
Maturation: After a manual harvest with 100% sorting, maceration for 25 to 30 days in thermoregulated concrete tanks. Aging 50% in barrels and 50% in concrete tanks.
Production: approx. 25,000 to 30,000 bottles per year.
