The wine is medium to full-bodied, deep and seamless, with a vibrant fruit core, wonderfully refined tannins and lively acidity. It is exquisitely elegant and harmonious, ending with a long, fragrant finish.

Production:
Domaine de Chevalier 2019 was produced with the utmost respect for the fruit and the terroir. For winemaking, the grapes are hand-picked and carefully sorted. Fermentation takes place over 21-28 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in barrels and matures for 14-16 months in French oak barrels before bottling.
