Characteristics: La Folle-Blanche is the oldest variety of Armagnac. The brandy is known for its finesse, flexibility, and fruitiness.

Tasting notes: Blanche AOC Intense and alluring aroma of green plums, quinces, and fresh almonds.

Aeration reveals its finesse, then gives way to intense but slightly aggressive esters, an almost feminine sensation of very ripe fruit, almost overripe. The attack on the palate is round, rich, and fruity. A brandy that reveals a delicate and juicy character. A "crazy white" (Folle Blanche) filled with fruit, youth, and a light footprint, meant to be refreshing.
