The third assemblage of Extra Brut Extra Old consists of eight of the house's most renowned reserve wines, including the vintages 1990, 1998, 1999, 2008, 2009, 2012, 2013, and 2014. Each one boasts unique qualities and aromas, and together they create unparalleled complexity and depth. With a low dosage, the natural aromas of the assemblage come fully into their own.

Taste:

Production:
Veuve Clicquot houses one of the largest collections of reserve wines in Champagne, some of which are over 30 years old. From this stock of 500 reserve wines, the cellarmasters make their selection for the Veuve Clicquot Extra Brut to achieve the perfect balance of freshness, aroma, structure, and complexity. The resulting assemblage of Pinot Noir (50%), Chardonnay (30%), and Meunier (20%) matures for two years in barrels on the lees and at least three years in the bottle before release.
