Ardmore Distillery is located at the highest point of the northern railway line, 600 feet above sea level, near the small village of Kennethmont. Almost unchanged from the moment founder Adam Teacher made his dream a reality, water is still drawn from natural springs located on the 1,500-foot-high Knockandy Hill.
