The vineyard is located in Anjou (France) on clay-limestone soils, which are particularly suitable for the Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties.
Colour: beautiful salmon pink hue with brilliant reflections
Nose: Very expressive, fine aromas of red and black fruits, some notes of blackcurrant buds.
Palate: Round and fresh, well-balanced and fruity.
Recommendation: Pairs very well with cold dishes such as cold cuts and desserts, as well as certain oriental dishes where sweet and savoury combinations wonderfully combine with the sweetness of Cabernet from Anjou.
