The Brut Prestige Rosé uses the so-called "addition method," meaning 80% of the cuvée is vinified as white wine and 20% as red wine, which is then added to the white. This process is classic for Champagne and gives the Prestige Rosé its refreshing pink color. The champagne matured on lees for at least 3 years.
