- Nose: Fennel, dill and bay leaf subtly shape an otherwise classic London Dry nose, in which layered spices tame the juniper.
- Palate: Warming spices with orange blossom, fennel and a slightly bitter, tart note
- Finish: A long, savoury and spicy finish, in which resinous juniper comes through more clearly than on the palate.
Copperhead Gin The Gibson Edition is a Belgian gin created in collaboration with bartender Marian Beke, owner of The Gibson bar in London. On a base of five botanicals – juniper, coriander, cardamom, angelica and orange peel – 13 further spices are added, including allspice, bay, fennel, ginger and pepper, refined with eight-year-old jenever. On the palate, warming spices combine with orange blossom, fennel and a slightly bitter, dry note.
