Colour: Light yellow with bright reflections.
Nose: The nose is fresh and citrusy with floral aromas that are subtly released.
Palate: The palate is fresh, delicate, dense and precise with fine bubbles that beautifully stimulate the palate.
Food Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif. But it can also accompany meals (poultry or seafood in sauce) or enhance the aromas of fruit desserts.
Viticulture: Traditional method. The grapes are pressed immediately upon arrival at the winery in pneumatic presses. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 18°C. Subsequently, the base wines are blended.
Then, the second alcoholic fermentation in bottles. Followed by riddling in gyropalettes and disgorgement to remove the sediment in the bottle.
Origin: The base wines for the Crémant come from the various sub-regions of the Burgundy vineyards. However, the base wines for Moillard Exaltation Brut are predominantly made from grape varieties from the Côtes and Hautes Côtes of Beaune and Nuits, as well as the Côtes Chalonnaise.
