For this occasion, we had a single Pedro Ximénez Sherry Cask bottled into a total of 312 bottles.
With its 8 years of maturation in the mild, humid coastal climate, the reddish-brown whiskey is one of the oldest Dingle bottlings. At 59.7% vol. Cask Strength, dark-fruity, sweet indulgence is on the agenda.
