Tasting Notes:
Nose: Waves of dark chocolate, syrup and cinnamon with raisins, sultanas, coconut and orange peel.
Palate: Intense presence of treacle, dark chocolate, mocha and honey with coconut, orange peel and cinnamon.
As we too can only offer a small slice of the pie, we are placing an exclusive single cask alongside GlenAllachie's oldest. The 14-year-old single malt for Kirsch Import customers pours a deep dark colour into the glass with a potent 61 percent alcohol by volume. After extensive maturation in a PX Puncheon, it expertly plays the entire GlenAllachie sherry repertoire – with delightful notes from raisins to mocha to honey – and entices with an exotic coconut note. 703 bottles are ready.
