Kilchoman Cognac Cask Matured Release 2023
This is the first official limited release of Kilchoman Cognac Cask. It was distilled in 2016 and matured in 32 barriques previously used for Cognac maturation. Maturation in ex-Cognac casks gives the malt notes of pear, apricot and a hint of spice, perfectly complementing Kilchoman's natural citrus sweetness and maritime peat smoke.
