Nose: Madagascar vanilla pods, red fruit compote, and blackberry jam go hand in hand. Behind them, caramelized figs and ripe plums, as well as roasted aromas of toasted oak.
Taste: Vanilla and sugared currants dominate, followed by warm banana bread with cinnamon, quince paste, and Muscadelle raisins. Chocolate and cappuccino introduce the finish.
Finish: Oily and warm on the finish with baking spices from the oak, ripe figs, and raisins.
