The Spanish wine "Tapaz", made from the noble Tempranillo grape variety, delights with its cherry red color and an enticing aroma of red fruits, characteristic of this grape variety. It is made from fully ripe Tempranillo grapes, with destemming and mash fermentation at a controlled temperature (approx. 30°C). The aging takes place in tanks to preserve the fruity aromas. The reddish-brown sandy and clay soils of La Mancha with small limestone islands give this wine a unique terroir note. Enjoy "Tapaz" to the fullest!
Color: Cherry red
Nose: Slightly fruity sweet initial nose with few, dry tannins.
On the palate: This round, fruity and complex wine is characterized by a long-lasting finish.
Finish: Lemony with a hint of tangerine on the finish.
Recommendation: This fruity red wine pairs perfectly with dark meat, roasts, and grilled dishes
The bag-in-box format can be perfectly stored open in the refrigerator for 3-4 weeks.
