Pale yellow color with green reflections, open nose, dominated by white-fleshed fruits, floral notes. The palate is balanced, with a fruity finish.
Grape varieties: Grenache, Bourboulin, Clairette
Terroir: Covered with rolled pebbles, testifying to the passage of the Rhône, true hallmarks of the appellation's terroir, as well as clay in the subsoil.
Harvest: Optimal ripeness of the grapes is ensured, the harvest is entirely hand-sorted in the cellar,
Vinification: The vinification takes place in thermoregulated vats.
Pumping over, racking, and punching down allow us to extract colors and phenolic compounds and the best of the terroir.
Fermentation time: from 25 to 35 days, at a maximum of 28°.
