For the 2019 Château le Peuy-Saincrit Bordeaux Supérieur, a 73% blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot grapes is used.
This develops into a ruby-red tempter that presents itself very balanced.
DEVELOPMENT
Made from a selection of the best grapes. Traditional vinification in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks. Cold maceration under carbon dioxide to protect the aromas and colors. Matured for several months in oak barrels.
TASTING NOTES
Beautiful ruby red color with violet reflections. The nose is powerful and fruity, with aromas of ripe fruits and a spicy note. On the first sip, the wine is well-balanced and develops persistent tannins.
On the palate, it is smooth and fruity with aromas of cherries and plums and a hint of vanilla.
SERVING SUGGESTION
Serve at 13-18 °C. With its clear yet complex profile, it is the perfect companion to grilled red meat and spicy cheese.
