Chateauneuf-du-Pape "A Aime"
In memory of my grandfather "Aimé", who participated in the planting of these two plots.
Both plots are located at the foot of the village. The soil is calcareous. The average age is 80 years. The yield is low 9 hl / ha.
Taste:
This wine has a deep purple color. The nose is dominated by coffee and sweet spice notes. When stirred, it opens up to aromas of cherries, black jam (blackberry, blueberry), coconut and dried flowers. The palate is immediately full, with many melted tannins. The opulence and ripeness remain until the end, with a very soft tannin structure rounded off by a beautiful sweetness.

Serving suggestion:
With wild boar or cheese.
