Domaine Vincent Latour (formerly Latour-Labille) is a family estate whose origins date back to 1792. Vincent Latour began bottling his own production in 1998 and now cultivates about 8-9 hectares, sourcing additional grapes from nearby growers. He is known for using indigenous yeasts, whole bunch fermentation, and aging in demi-muids and larger barrels, with a focus on freshness and terroir expression.
