This is a non-vintage Vega Sicilia and a tribute to tradition. The Unico Reserva Especial is a true homage to the history of Spanish wine, perfectly combining the characteristics of the different Unico vintages. Only the best Unico vintages are used to produce this iconic and remarkably complex wine. It is a blend of time, virtues, experiences, and emotions that shape the profound character of a unique style: the Vega Sicilia style.
Color: The Reserva Especial has a deep, sparkling ruby red color and an equally classic yet complex aroma of fruits, delicate wood and roast notes (cedar, cigar box, pencil lead), and fine mineral hints that give the bouquet an elegant linearity with a touch of austerity.
- Taste: On the palate, it is elegant, fresh, and vertical. A medium to full-bodied wine with present acidity, silky tannins, and a long and penetrating finish.
- Grape Variety: 95% Tinto Fino and 5% Cabernet-Sauvignon

Serving Temperature:
This wine can be enjoyed immediately, but it can be stored for up to 40 - 60 years if kept under ideal conditions: 12-14 ºC and 60% relative humidity. The recommended serving temperature is 18 ºC -

Ideal with Spanish charcuterie, red meat, and also spicy dishes.
