Fruity-fresh white wine from Baden. With its perfect blend of Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay, this white wine pairs well with light Mediterranean Italian cuisine, such as fish, pasta, pizza and salads in many variations. Pale straw yellow, fragrant - with aromas of apricot and mirabelle plum. Sparkling and zesty on the palate with well-integrated acidity. Smooth and soft on the finish.

Origin:
The fertile cultivation area in the Upper Rhine Plain boasts excellent conditions for viticulture. Protected on both sides - by the Black Forest massif on one side and the Vosges mountains on the other, shielding it from harsh winds - the climate here is almost Mediterranean.
The volcanic rock in the soil, covered with a loess-loam layer, does the rest to provide an optimal home for the grapes grown here.
In the middle of this paradise for winegrowers, on the southwestern slope of the Kaiserstuhl, lies the municipality of Ihringen. Ihringen, with its district of Wasenweiler, is among other things home to one of the largest local winegrowers' cooperatives and numerous other renowned wineries. The Ihringen Winegrowers' Cooperative, founded in 1924, is today one of the most prestigious in the Kaiserstuhl and Baden, with 600 members and 300 hectares of vineyards.
